Baseball Game Preview: Rockdale County Bulldogs vs. South Gwinnett Comets

For the second straight game, Rockdale County will face off against South Gwinnett. Rockdale County will take on South Gwinnett at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday.

Rockdale County took a loss when they played away from home on Friday, but their home fans gave them all the motivation they needed on Monday. They came out on top against South Gwinnett by a score of 8-5. The victory continues a trend for the Bulldogs in their matchups with the Comets: they've now won five in a row.

For South Gwinnett's part, CJ Peoples made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and scored two runs and stole a base while going 1-for-3. What's more, Peoples posted two RBI, the most he's had since back in February.

Rockdale County's win bumped their record up to 6-13. As for South Gwinnett, they dropped their record down to 1-14 with the loss, which was their 19th straight on the road dating back to last season.
