Softball Recap: Roland Comes Up Short

If Roland was riding high fresh off their 13-2 takedown of Spiro on Tuesday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Rangers came up short against the Panama Razorbacks on Thursday, falling 8-2. The loss continues a trend for the Rangers in their meetings with the Razorbacks: they've now lost five in a row.

Roland's defeat dropped their record down to 1-1. As for Panama, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 3-0.

Roland didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next game, a 4-0 loss against Vian on the 15th. As for Panama, they will venture away from home to take on Pittsburg at 12:00 p.m. on Thursday.
