Towns County not only won on Monday, but they posted their biggest win since March 10th. They came out on top against the Hiwassee Dam Eagles by a score of 17-4 (the very same score they lost by in their prior game). Considering the Indians have won nine games by more than seven runs this season, Monday's blowout was nothing new.

With the victory, Towns County broke their four-game losing streak and moved their record to 16-13. As for Hiwassee Dam, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost seven of their last nine contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-10-1 record this season.

Coincidentally, Towns County and Hiwassee Dam will both be playing Murphy the next time they take the field. The Indians will head out to face the Bulldogs at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, while the Eagles will head out to face them at 4:30 p.m. on the 22nd.
