Volleyball Recap: Desert Christian Has No Trouble Against Desert Heights Prep + How To Watch

The Desert Christian Eagles made easy work of the Desert Heights Prep Yote on Monday and carried off a 3-0 win. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Eagles.

While Desert Christian won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the third set they played. The match finished with set scores of 25-17, 25-14, 26-24.

Alexa Yarger paced Desert Christian's offense, picking up 11 kills. Yarger got some help from Abby Numer and her 22 assists. Hannah Serrano controlled things from the service line, finishing with three aces.

Desert Christian's victory bumped their record up to 14-5. As for Desert Heights Prep, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost four of their last five matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-7 record this season.

Desert Christian wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 3-0 win against Bisbee on the 1st. As for Desert Heights Prep, they have also already played their next contest, a 3-1 victory against Red Rock on the 3rd.
