Soccer Game Preview: Rutland vs. Callaway

The Rutland Hurricanes will be defending their home pitch for the first time this season when they go up against the Callaway Cavaliers at 7:30 p.m. on Monday. Rutland is coming into the game on a five-game losing streak.

Tuesday just wasn't the day for Rutland's offense. They came up short against Pike County on Tuesday, falling 10-0.

Meanwhile, Callaway unfortunately witnessed the end of their four-game winning streak on Thursday. They fell 2-0 to Morgan County.

Callaway's loss was their first in the region, dropping their region record down to 2-1 and their overall record down to 6-4. As for Rutland, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-5.
