Softball Recap: Asher Continues Home Dominance on Tuesday

While Asher put up plenty of runs on Tuesday, the same can't be said for Strother. The Indians put the hurt on the Yellowjackets with a sharp 11-0 win. The Indians might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won five contests by ten runs or more this season.

Asher's victory was their seventh straight at home, which pushed their record up to 11-2. Those home wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.7 runs on average over those games. As for Strother, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-2-1.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Asher will host Whitesboro at 3:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Strother, they will face off against Varnum at 5:30 p.m. on Monday.
