Kansas owes their pitching crew a big pat on the back after their performance on Thursday. They put the hurt on the Wyandotte Bears with a sharp 8-0 victory. The matchup marked the Comets' most dominant win of the season so far.

The victory snapped Kansas' losing streak at three games and leaves them with a 7-8 record. As for Wyandotte, their defeat dropped their record down to 21-8.
