Softball Recap: Glenpool Now 9-2 over Last 11 Games

After losing to Muskogee the last time they met, Glenpool decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. The Warriors walked away with an 8-3 victory over the Roughers on Thursday.

Glenpool is on a roll lately: they've won nine of their last 11 games. That's provided a nice bump to their 18-11 record this season. The wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 3.5 runs on average over those games. As for Muskogee, they are on a seven-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 12-19.

Coincidentally, Glenpool and Muskogee will both be playing Stigler the next time they take the field. The Warriors will head out to face the Panthers on Thursday, while the Roughers will play them later in the day, at 4:45 p.m.
