Soccer Recap: Serena Comes Up Short

Serena was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their sixth straight defeat. They lost 4-1 to the Hinckley-Big Rock Royals. The match was up for grabs at halftime, but sadly Serena struggled afterwards.

Serena's loss dropped their record down to 5-7-3. As for Hinckley-Big Rock, their victory was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 9-3-2.

Coming up, Serena will challenge Illinois Math & Science Academy at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Hinckley-Big Rock, they will face off against Genoa-Kingston at 6:15 p.m. on Tuesday.
