Softball Recap: Peach County Takes a Loss + How To Watch

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Peach County can now relate to. They lost 19-11 to the Dawson County Tigers on Wednesday. The Trojans' defeat continues a trend for the team, making it three in a row.

Peach County saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Shaniyah Gibson, who got on base in three of her four plate appearances with one home run. Lucy Warnock was another, going 3-for-4 with two RBI.

Peach County's loss dropped their record down to 17-15. As for Dawson County, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 23-9.

As of now, neither Peach County nor the Tigers have any future games scheduled.
