Mission Vista had already won four in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 18.3 points) and they went ahead and made it five on Wednesday. They came out on top against the El Camino Wildcats by a score of 39-26. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 65-27 two weeks ago.

Among those leading the charge was Jordynn Rogers, who posted 19 points. Another player making a difference was Jaiden Sidhu, who had ten points.

Mission Vista pushed their record up to 13-12 with the win, which was their sixth straight at home. The wins came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 29.8 points over those games. As for El Camino, they have been struggling recently as they've lost 11 of their last 14 games, which has put a noticeable dent in their 9-11 record this season.
