Soccer Game Preview: Southeast Bulloch vs. Groves

The Southeast Bulloch Yellow Jackets will challenge the Groves Rebels at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Southeast Bulloch is coming into the game on a six-game losing streak.

Last Tuesday, Southeast Bulloch didn't have quite enough to beat Johnson and fell 2-1.

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Groves). They blew past Beach 6-1 on Tuesday. Edwin Castro-Requeno was a massive factor in the win as he booted in three goals all by himself.

The win got Groves back to even at 5-5. As for Southeast Bulloch, their loss dropped their record down to 4-8.

Everything went Southeast Bulloch's way against Groves when the teams last played back in March of 2022, as Southeast Bulloch made off with a 5-1 victory. Will Southeast Bulloch repeat their success, or does Groves has a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
