Basketball Recap: Biggs' Loss Ends Nine-Game Winning Streak at Home

Biggs and Fall River squared off in some playoff action on Wednesday, but Biggs had to settle for second. They were beaten by the Fall River Bulldogs 30-0. The match marked the first time this year in which the Wolverines were not able to get on the board.

Biggs' loss ended a nine-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 21-6. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 53.9 points over those games. As for Fall River, they now have a winning record of 13-12.

Biggs does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Fall River, they will take on Weed at 4:15 p.m. on Saturday. Weed will roll in looking for their fifth straight victory, something Fall River surely won't give up without a fight.
