Chaparral's contest on Tuesday was close up to the half, but then they kicked things up a notch. They put the hurt on the Silver Fighting Colts with a sharp 5-2 victory. It was an even better day for Andi Cruz as he scored three goals for his team.

Chaparral has been performing well recently as they've won six of their last eight matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 9-7 record this season. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 25 goals over those eight matchups. As for Silver, their defeat dropped their record down to 10-4.
