Baseball Recap: LaGrange Comes Up Short

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact LaGrange can now relate to. They came up short against the Oconee County Warriors on Friday, falling 14-6. That's two games in a row now that the Grangers have lost by exactly eight runs.

LaGrange has traveled a rocky road recently, having lost five of their last six contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 14-18 record this season. As for Oconee County, their win was their eighth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 20-12.

As of now, neither LaGrange nor the Warriors have any future games scheduled.
