Rancho Cucamonga waltzed into their game on Monday with five straight wins... but they left with six. They put the hurt on the Valley View Eagles with a sharp 69-43 victory. The Cougars have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won nine matches by 20 points or more this season.

Despite the loss, Valley View still got an impressive performance from Mason Long, who posted 25 points and five steals. Long's evening made it seven games in a row in which she has scored at least ten points. The team also got some help courtesy of Jada Booten, who had six points.

Rancho Cucamonga's win bumped their record up to 15-2. As for Valley View, with the defeat, they broke their three-game winning streak and moved their record to 9-8.

Rancho Cucamonga will be taking part in a tournament against Oak Hills at 6:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for Valley View, they are taking a road trip to face off against Xavier Prep at 1:30 p.m. on Thursday.
