Baseball Recap: Loogootee Takes a Loss

Loogootee lost to Northeast Dubois back in May of 2025 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Lions took a 4-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Jeeps. The Lions have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Loogootee's defeat dropped their record down to 5-15. As for Northeast Dubois, their victory was their eighth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 17-5.

Looking ahead, Loogootee will look to defend their home field on Monday against Bedford North Lawrence at 11:00 a.m. As for Northeast Dubois, they will face off against Mitchell at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
