Merced piles up the points against Buhach Colony

Recap: Merced Bears vs. Buhach Colony Thunder
The Merced Bears can now show off ten landslide victories after their most recent contest on Thursday. They claimed a resounding 65-16 win over Buhach Colony at home. With Merced ahead 42-7 at the half, the matchup was all but over already.
Merced's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Averie Steverson led the charge by scoring 14 points along with six rebounds and five steals. Steverson has been hot recently, having posted two or more blocks the last eight times she's played. Jada Davis was another key contributor, scoring 15 points along with five steals.
Merced's victory ended a four-game drought at home and bumped them up to 16-12. As for Buhach Colony, they are on an eight-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-19.
Merced does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Buhach Colony also has no future games currently scheduled.
