Soccer Recap: Fayette County Takes a Loss

Fayette County was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They were a single goal away from ending the streak, but they lost a 1-0 heartbreaker at the hands of Troup County. Fayette County was not able to make up for their defeat to Troup County from their previous meeting back in March of 2024.

Fayette County's loss dropped their record down to 1-6. As for Troup County, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four games. That's provided a massive bump to their 4-5 record this season.
