Softball Recap: Houston County Victorious

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Colquitt County, Houston County was happy to have turned things around on Friday. They came out on top against the Troup County Tigers by a score of 5-1.

Houston County now has a winning record of 8-7-1. As for Troup County, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-11.

Looking ahead, Houston County will challenge Morgan County at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday. As for Troup County, they are taking a road trip to challenge Mary Persons at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The Bulldogs will roll in looking for their fourth straight win, something the Tigers surely won't give up without a fight.
