Soccer Game Preview: Williams vs. Willows

The Williams Yellowjackets will challenge the Willows Honkers at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Williams' offense has struggled lately (the team hasn't scored more than a single goal for five straight games), a trend the team is no doubt ready to end.

Tuesday just wasn't the day for Williams' offense. They lost 9-0 to Winters on Tuesday. While losing is never fun, Williams can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' California soccer rankings (they are ranked 1011th, while Winters are ranked 226th).

Meanwhile, Willows also failed to score in their most recent game. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of Orland on Friday.

Willows' loss dropped their record down to 4-9-5. As for Williams, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-5-2.
