Futures has been on a difficult stretch since their win on September 25. They took a 6-4 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Encina Bulldogs on Tuesday. Dima Tsoi is probably feeling rather frustrated with he team right now: they lost despite he posting three goals.

Futures' defeat dropped their record down to 4-7-3. As for Encina, they are on a roll lately: they've won eight of their last ten contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 11-4-1 record this season.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Futures will host Sacramento Waldorf at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday. Sacramento Waldorf's last three matches have been decided by no more than a goal, so don't be surprised if it's a close one. As for Encina, they will look to defend their home pitch on Thursday against Victory Christian at 4:30 p.m.
