There's no place like home for Lowndes, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Friday. They blew past the Valdosta Wildcats 7-0 on Tuesday. That seven goal margin sets a new team best for the Vikings this season.

Their offense was hitting Valdosta from everywhere, as six different players booted in a goal. Joseph Rudolphi led that balanced group of strikers and accounted for two goals all by himself.

Lowndes' victory bumped their record up to 5-2. As for Valdosta, they dropped their record down to 0-5 with the loss, which was their fifth straight on the road.

Coming up, Lowndes will venture away from home to take on Tift County at 7:30 p.m. on March 4th. As for Valdosta, they have already played their next contest, a 4-1 win against Dodge County on the 28th.
