Basketball Recap: Mastery Charter Hardy Williams Knights vs. Abraham Lincoln Railsplitters
Mastery Charter Hardy Williams was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They had to suffer through a 54-16 loss at the hands of the Abraham Lincoln Railsplitters. While losing is never fun, the Knights can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Pennsylvania basketball rankings (they are ranked 575th, while the Railsplitters are ranked 245th).
Abraham Lincoln got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Saaliyah Allen-Wright out in front who posted 14 points. Those 14 points gave Allen-Wright a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of Destiny Santiago, who scored 13 points.
