Moundridge had already proven themselves in the regular season and they didn't miss a beat now that it's playoff time. They put the hurt on the Medicine Lodge Indians with a sharp 33-7 win on Thursday. The Wildcats might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won five contests by 26 points or more this season.

Elijah Roth went supernova, rushing for 276 yards and a pair of TDs while picking up 7.5 yards per carry. Kaizer Kanitz was in the mix as well, providing Moundridge with two touchdowns.

They were just one part of a punishing run game: Moundridge was unstoppable on the ground and finished the game with 336 rushing yards. That's the most rushing yards they've managed all season.

Moundridge's record is now 7-2. As for Medicine Lodge, they now have a losing record of 4-5.

Looking ahead, Moundridge will take on Inman on Friday. The Inman Teutons will roll in looking for their seventh straight victory, something the Wildcats surely won't give up without a fight. Medicine Lodge does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
