Mountain View waltzed into their matchup on Monday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They never let the Arroyo Knights get on the board and left with a 2-0 victory. That's more bragging rights for Mountain View, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Mountain View now has a winning record of 5-4-2. As for Arroyo, their defeat dropped their record down to 4-8-1.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Mountain View is set to face off against their familiar foe South El Monte at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Meanwhile, Arroyo will challenge rival El Monte at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
