Soccer Recap: Imperial Takes a Loss

It was a proper cat-fight when Imperial challenged Brawley on Saturday. The Imperial Tigers took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Brawley Wildcats. Having soared to a lofty four goals in the game before, the Tigers' shutout was a dramatic turnaround.

Imperial's loss dropped their record down to 4-2. As for Brawley, their victory bumped their record up to 3-1-1.

Imperial will square off against Cibola at 12:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Brawley, they will face off against Gila Ridge at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Brawley is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 2.5 goals per game this season.
