Waverly came tearing into Monday's matchup with four straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 7 runs), and they left with even more momentum. They walked away with a 5-1 victory over the Windsor Central Black Knights. For the Wolverines, this counts as revenge for the 7-6 win the Black Knights walked away with the last time they faced one another back in May of 2025.
