On Saturday, the Jasper County Hurricanes got the win against the St. Francis Knights by a conclusive 14-3. The result was nothing new for the Hurricanes, who have now won four games by eight runs or more so far this season.

The win made it two in a row for Jasper County and bumps their season record up to 6-7. Those victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 1.5 runs on average over those games. As for St. Francis, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 4-8.
