Shannon Nielsen Game Report: vs Fort Collins

Windsor found a leader in Shannon Nielsen as the team took down Fort Collins on Saturday. Nielsen wasn't messing around, striking out seven batters over three innings while giving up no earned runs off two hits (and only one walk). The pitching appearance was her 11th straight with two or fewer walks.

Looking ahead, Nielsen and Windsor are taking a road trip to challenge Loveland at 6:15 p.m. on Tuesday. Thanks in part to Nielsen's efforts, the Wizards will roll in on an 18-game winning streak.
