Soccer Game Preview: Circleville vs. Hillsboro

The Circleville Tigers will be taking part in a tournament against the Hillsboro Indians at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The two teams are strolling into their contests after big wins in their previous games.

Circleville headed into their last matchup having not scored more than one goal for three straight, but Zane Trace let them put that streak behind them. The Tigers never let the Pioneers get on the board and left with a 6-0 victory on Saturday. Considering Circleville have won six matches by more than two goals this season, Saturday's blowout was nothing new.

Meanwhile, Hillsboro got the win against Clinton-Massie on Tuesday by a conclusive 4-0.

The Indians hit the Falcons with a four-pronged attack, as the team got scores from COOPER SWOPE, CAMERON BURKARD, EASTON INMAN, and RYAN HOWLAND.

Circleville's win bumped their record up to 10-6-1. As for Hillsboro, their victory bumped their record up to 6-8-3.

Circleville skirted past Hillsboro 2-1 in their previous matchup back in October of 2018. Do the Tigers have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Indians turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
