Basketball Recap: Segerstrom's Victory on Saturday Extends Winning Streak to Three

Segerstrom waltzed into their contest on Saturday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They took down the Wiseburn- Da Vinci Wolves 54-35.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Segerstrom to victory, but perhaps none more so than Kamila Floris, who dropped a double-double with ten points and ten rebounds. What's more, Floris also posted a 71% shooting accuracy, which is the highest she's achieved since back in January. Another player making a difference was April Valenciano, who posted ten points and five steals.

Segerstrom's win bumped their record up to 9-1. As for Wiseburn- Da Vinci, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 9-6.

Coming up, Segerstrom will head out on the road to take on Woodrow Wilson at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Wiseburn- Da Vinci, they will be home for the holidays to greet South at 5:30 p.m. on Monday.
