Serenity Miller and Leila Jackson secure win for Oroville

Recap: Oroville Tigers vs. Lower Lake Trojans
The Oroville Tigers won the last time they faced the Lower Lake Trojans, and things went their way on Thursday too. Oroville walked away with a 42-35 victory over Lower Lake.
Oroville was led to victory by Serenity Miller and Leila Jackson. Miller scored 19 points along with six rebounds and four steals, while Jackson dropped a double-double on ten points and 11 steals. The contest was Miller's third in a row with at least ten points. Another player making a difference was Ayianna Herrera, who scored five points.
Oroville's win bumped their record up to 2-8. As for Lower Lake, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-7.
Oroville won't have much time to rest: their next contest is against Cloverdale at 8:00 p.m. on December 15th. Hopefully Cloverdale focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 17 on Thursday. Lower Lake won't have much time to rest: their next contest is against Ferndale on December 15th.
