Soccer Game Preview: Emmanuel Christian vs. Rogers

The Emmanuel Christian Warriors will head out to square off against the Rogers Rams at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. Emmanuel Christian's last three matchups have been decided by no more than a goal, so don't be surprised if it's a close one.

On Tuesday, neither Emmanuel Christian nor Pettisville could gain the upper hand so the two teams had to settle for a 2-2 draw.

Meanwhile, after soaring to eight goals the game before, Rogers was a bit more limited in their match last Wednesday. They came up short against Scott, falling 4-0.

Rogers' loss dropped their record down to 2-4-1. With that draw, Emmanuel Christian's record moves to 3-5-3.

Everything went Emmanuel Christian's way against Rogers in their previous meeting two weeks ago, as Emmanuel Christian made off with a 3-0 victory. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Warriors since the squad won't have the home-pitch advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
