Soccer Preview: San Dimas vs. King
The San Dimas Saints will be taking part in a tournament against the King Wolves at 8:00 a.m. on Thursday.
Thursday just wasn't the day for San Dimas' offense. They fell 2-0 to Diamond Ranch on Thursday. The Saints have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
While King didn't have the best season last year (they finished 9-14-2), it's starting to look like those struggles are a thing of the past. They came out on top in a nail-biter against Arlington on Friday, sneaking past 2-1. King used a slightly different lineup for their bout with Arlington. Lilly Guerrero played for 17 minutes having averaged 9 this season and Gianinna Barillas got 80 vs. an average of 55.2.
