Baseball Game Preview: Bowdon Red Devils vs. Pepperell Dragons

The Bowdon Red Devils will face off against the Pepperell Dragons at 5:30 p.m. on Saturday. Bowdon is coming into the matchup on a five-game losing streak.

Bowdon came up short against Crawford County on Friday, falling 9-2.

Meanwhile, Pepperell lost 7-1 to Pickens on Thursday. The game marked Pepperell's lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

Tucker Glenn was cooking despite his team's loss, going 1-for-3 with one home run. That home run was his first of the season.

Pepperell's loss dropped their record down to 3-2. As for Bowdon, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-5.

Bowdon came out on top in a nail-biter against Pepperell in their previous meeting back in February of 2025, sneaking past 14-13. Do the Red Devils have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Dragons turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
