Softball Recap: Jefferson Academy Takes a Loss

Jefferson Academy came into their game on Friday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They lost 21-3 to the Green Mountain Rams.

Jefferson Academy's loss dropped their record down to 3-10-1. As for Green Mountain, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 10-7.

Jefferson Academy didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next matchup, a 20-5 victory against Skyline on the 26th. As for Green Mountain, they will head out on the road to face off against Golden at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday. The Rams' pitchers better be ready for this one: the Demons have averaged an impressive 8.7 runs per game this season.
