Volleyball Recap: Southland College Prep Comes Up Short

Southland College Prep lost against Walther Christian Academy back in September of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. Southland College Prep took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of Walther Christian Academy. Southland College Prep has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-15, 25-16.

Among those leading the charge was Isabella Rosado, who had eight assists and four aces. That's the most aces she has posted since back in August.

Southland College Prep's defeat dropped their record down to 5-13. As for Walther Christian Academy, the win (which was their seventh in a row) raised their record to 17-5.

Looking ahead, Southland College Prep will challenge Butler at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday. As for Walther Christian Academy, they will square off against Ellison at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
