Conestoga Christian lost against Lancaster County Christian back in December of 2023 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Conestoga Christian Cougars took a 42-30 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Lancaster County Christian Lions. The Cougars' defeat signaled the end of their three-game winning streak.

Despite the loss, Conestoga Christian had strong showings from Regan Hails, who posted eight points along with five rebounds and three steals, and Katie Denlinger, who went 6 of 14 on her way to 13 points and five rebounds. Hails is crushing it when it comes to steals: she's grabbed at least two every time she's taken the court this season.

It was another big night for Alicia Fisher, who dropped a double-double on 21 points and ten rebounds for Lancaster County Christian. The team also got some help courtesy of Faith Urenovitch, who had ten points in addition to six steals and five assists.

Having lost for the first time this season, Conestoga Christian fell to 3-1. As for Lancaster County Christian, the win got them back to even at 2-2.

Conestoga Christian wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 44-18 defeat against Linville Hill on the 13th. As for Lancaster County Christian, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 34-31 victory against Shalom Christian Academy on the 14th.
