Football Recap: Shenango Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Shenango lost against Neshannock back in September of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Wildcats were beaten by the Lancers 48-7. The Wildcats have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Anthony Eakin had another great game (as he tends to do), rushing for 164 yards and four touchdowns while picking up 8.2 yards per carry for Neshannock. With that strong performance, Eakin is now averaging an impressive 111.8 rushing yards per game. Jino Mozzocio was another key player, rushing for 56 yards and one TD.

Shenango's loss dropped their record down to 2-4. As for Neshannock, the win was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 4-1.

Coming up, Shenango is taking a road trip to face off against Rochester at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Neshannock, they will host Burgettstown at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
