Gustine snaps three-game streak of losses at home

Recap: Gustine Reds vs. Mariposa County Grizzlies
The Gustine Reds's three-game losing streak came to an end on Thursday. They managed a 37-31 victory over Mariposa County. The win was just what Gustine needed coming off of a 59-38 loss in their prior match.
Shandel Aguilera continued her habit of posting crazy stat lines, scoring 14 points along with seven steals and two blocks. That's the first time this season that she posted two or more blocks. Brooklyn Jackson was another key contributor, scoring six points along with 11 rebounds and five steals.
Gustine's victory ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 4-9. As for Mariposa County, they now have a losing record at 8-9.
Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Gustine will take on Denair at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. Denair is no doubt hoping to put an end to a five-game streak of away losses. As for Mariposa County, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Delhi at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. Delhi comes in on a streak of failing to score more than 21 points in their last 11 games, a trend the squad is of course eager to reverse.
