Softball Recap: Hebron Christian Falls Short Against Ranked Loganville

Hebron Christian faced Loganville in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Thursday. The Lions fell just short of the Red Devils by a score of 9-8. The loss was the Lions' first of the season.

Hebron Christian saw eight different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Juls Huber, who went 1-for-3 with one stolen base, one run, and one RBI. Gabby Raysor was another, going 2-for-4 with two runs.

Having lost for the first time this season, Hebron Christian fell to 11-1. As for Loganville, their win was their seventh straight at home, which pushed their record up to 10-1.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Hebron Christian will take on Franklin County at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Loganville, they will look to defend their home field on Tuesday against Apalachee at 6:30 p.m.
