Basketball Game Preview: Capuchino Mustangs vs. Sequoia Ravens + How To Watch

The Capuchino Mustangs will take on the Sequoia Ravens at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Each of these teams will be fighting to keep a win streak alive as Capuchino comes in on 14 and Sequoia on three.

It looked like the Kentucky Derby when Capuchino duked it out with El Camino on Friday. The Mustangs walked away with a 44-36 win over the Colts. The final result isn't all that surprising considering the Mustangs' considerable advantage in MaxPreps' California basketball rankings (they are ranked 387th, while the Colts are ranked 835th).

Meanwhile, Sequoia posted their closest victory since December 4, 2025 on Friday. They had just enough and edged out Burlingame 42-39.

Sequoia now has a winning record of 11-10. As for Capuchino, their win bumped their record up to 17-2.

Capuchino lost to Sequoia at home by a decisive 53-35 margin in their previous meeting back in January of 2025. Can the Mustangs avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
