The Gonzales Spartans scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Wednesday. They never let Trinity Christian onto the board and left with a 10-0 victory. Valerie Oliva was a massive factor in the win, as she booted in five goals all by herself.

Gonzales has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven matches, which provided a nice bump to their 13-2-2 record this season. As for Trinity Christian, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-5.

Gonzales will be playing in front of their home fans against Marina at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Marina is also coming in off of a big victory, so somebody is in for a big reversal of fortune. Trinity Christian does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
