Basketball Recap: Ganesha Comes Up Short

If Ganesha was feeling good fresh off their 51-20 takedown of Pomona last Thursday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The game between the Ganesha Giants and the Edgewood Lions didn't end well, with the Ganesha Giants falling 43-26. The defeat continues a trend for the Giants in their matchups with the Lions: they've now lost eight in a row.

Ganesha's loss dropped their record down to 5-7. As for Edgewood, the win was the 11th in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 16-11.

As of now, neither Ganesha nor Edgewood have any future games scheduled.
