Soccer Game Preview: Independence vs. San Jose

The Independence 76ers will take on the San Jose Bulldogs at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Independence's offense has struggled lately (the team hasn't scored more than a single goal for six straight games), a trend the team is no doubt ready to end.

Wednesday just wasn't the day for Independence's offense. They fell just short of Hill by a score of 1-0 on Wednesday.

Meanwhile, San Jose and Yerba Buena finished up on equal footing with a 0-0 draw on Friday.

San Jose's draw gives them a new season record of 6-4-7. As for Independence, their loss dropped their record down to 4-7-2.
