Soccer Game Preview: Highland vs. Ridgeview

The Highland Scots will take on the Ridgeview Wolf Pack at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Highland is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 6.1 goals per game this season.

Ridgeview better have a healthy lead at halftime, because if last week is any indication, that's when Highland really get things going. Highland never let Frontier onto the board and left with a 4-0 victory on Tuesday. It was an even better day for Melissa Flores as she scored three goals for her team.

Meanwhile, Ridgeview can bid farewell to their four-game losing streak thanks to their game on Tuesday. They skirted past Bakersfield 1-0.

Ridgeview's win was their first in the league, bumping their league record up to 1-3 and their overall record up to 7-7. As for Highland, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 19-1-2.
