Baseball Recap: Monroe Takes a Loss

Monroe was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their sixth straight defeat. They fell 7-3 to the Dexter Dreadnaughts. Unfortunately, that's the sixth time they've come up short against the Dreadnaughts this season, with their most recent loss being a 3-1 defeat on Wednesday.

Monroe's loss dropped their record down to 12-26-2. As for Dexter, their victory was their 12th straight at home, which pushed their record up to 28-8.

Coming up, Monroe will take on Stevenson at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday. Dexter has already played their next game (against Dow), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
