Soccer Recap: San Jose Takes a Loss

San Jose was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Yerba Buena Aztec Warriors. Sadly, that's the second time they've come up short against the Bulldogs this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 1-0 on January 3rd.

Their goal came courtesy of Alyna Bravo, which was the first she's scored this season.

San Jose now has a losing record at 5-6-3. As for Yerba Buena, the victory snapped their losing streak at six games and leaves them with a 3-11 record.

San Jose has already played their next contest (against James Lick), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Yerba Buena is taking a road trip to face off against Mt. Pleasant at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
