Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Laurel Highlands). They breezed by the Southmoreland Scotties to the tune of 81-17 on Thursday. The Mustangs have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won ten matches by 25 points or more this season.

Laurel Highlands has also been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven games, which provided a nice bump to their 12-5 record this season. The wins came thanks to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 23.7 points per game. As for Southmoreland, they are on a seven-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-12.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Laurel Highlands will host Mt. Pleasant at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Southmoreland, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Yough at 7:30 p.m. on Monday.
